The house Casa Las Flores
Our house is located on a 7500 square meter plot of land
surrounded by trees. It takes you 2 km to get to the
village Montezuma and the beach. Cobano is the main
village of this region and is 4 km away. The house is
spacious. Solar panels heat the warm water which is
obtained from our own water well so that year around
water supply is guaranteed.
Parking space is available on the property but there is
no gated fence.
Ground floor
On this floor you will find the 70 square meter living
room. There is a 3 meter long solid wood table where you
can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. The kitchen is
very well equipped (Swiss standard) with a cooking
island with granite countertops. Dishwasher, stove,
oven, large American refrigerator, and several other
useful kitchen amenities, make cooking a pleasure. All
rooms have airconditioning. The large sheltered terrace
is the heart of the house and offers plenty of shade for
perfect siestas. The „Casa las Flores“ main office is
also situated on the ground floor.
Our employee, Reina, will be happy to pamper you with
delicious food and room service.
Pool and garden
The beautiful, large swimming pool (60 - 70 square
meters) invites one to cool off, relax and linger. The 8
handmade solid wood lounges have comfortable pads. For a
surcharge of $ 3 we offer pool towels for your
convenience.
The garden is impressive with it s various flowers and
trees. They provide shade and nourishment for the local
animals. Butterflies, colorful birds, parrots and
monkeys visit us every day.
Laundry
If you wish, we offer laundry service. The price depends
upon the number of pieces and if ironing is required. |
